Return policy

First: The customer has the right to request a product exchange within 3 days of receiving the order. • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all packaging. • Exchanges will be made only in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Personalized gifts or gifts prepared according to a special request are not eligible for exchange. • No requests will be accepted after the specified period. General Notes • We regret that we cannot accept any exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions. • By completing a purchase, the customer fully agrees to the exchange policy. Exchanges will be handled by a representative, and the customer is responsible for the delivery costs.
